Prerequisite: Students must be Supervisors who are currently assigned to a Drug Enforcement Unit or have an interest in an assignment in Drug Enforcement.
Course Description: The Drug Unit Supervisors Course is a 40-hour school designed for newly assigned commanders and supervisors of state, local, and federal drug enforcement units. This course will give you the foundation to manage the unique personnel and complex cases that are typical of drug investigations, while protecting the credibility and integrity of your agency. The program provides training in areas including leadership and management, ethics and integrity, confidential source management, legal issues, detecting and preventing corruption, organizational approach to multi-agency investigations, u/c operations and tactical considerations, complex case management, advanced marijuana investigations and critical incidents. Class concludes with expert panel presentation and round-table discussion exploring a variety of sensitive and critical issues. Download Flyer
